This was our first stay at Rosewood San Miguel De Allende and our high expectations were far exceeded. The attention to detail here is something g you will rarely experience at a hotel anywhere in the World. Sofia in reservations was our first contact and from that beginning throughout our stay we were more than impressed. The attention to detail, the “Yes I can help you with that” attitude no matter what the request, professionalism, and kindness of the staff was fabulous. We stayed in the tower suite, I’m sure all accommodations here are great but we loved this suite and used the jacuzzi every night. Previous reviews saying it didn’t have a private elevator were wrong, the suite is a penthouse with elevator only going to the suite. Luna rooftop restaurant has incredible views, we had that booked for our first night. I did enjoy the spa very much and felt well pampered during my treatment. If you like to workout and perhaps bodybuild, the gym is well equipped with free weights as well as stationary equipment plus a lot of extras. The grounds are beautiful, food is delicious, resort is new and fresh, the town is charming and lots of activities available. Too many extras too mention but this Rosewood certainly sets the bar high and provides an exceptional experience.

The Rosewood in San Miguel is a stunning property with all the luxuries and amenities one would want for a memorable stay. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Service is also impeccable. The only thing one could fault the hotel is the below average food. The food at their restaurant and room service needs to be improved.

What an amazing hotel in this beautiful town! We loved everything from the great rooms and beds and pillows, to the rooftop restaurant and the most amazing pool area! Excellent restaurants, and Zen atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

I stayed at the Rosewood hotel last Xmas, I live in California, so my family and I visisted San Miguel de Allende, and it is an amazing place. I really loved the Hotel, the service was the correct one. The only problem was that it was kind of nosiy at night. I was taking a shower when someone knocked at my door and nobody was there. I had been to San Miguel many times, but it was my firts time at your Hotel. It was kind of expenise, but it worths. The concierge was very nice to us when we asked for help. Travellers come and join what Mexico offers, it is nice place.

We chose this hotel for my 60th birthday as we were looking for the best, and we were not disappointed. The hotel offered the utmost in elegance, class and luxury with a staff that was over the top. Our room had a beautiful garden view with a terrace and sitting area to unwind and enjoy a nightcap or the songs of the birds with your morning coffee. The upper terrace or rooftop has the most spectacular view of SMA where you can kick back and take in the gorgeous views and sunset with cocktail. The lunch menu and dinner menu are the same on the terrace, but, not a big deal as there are so many options in and around the city where you can wine and dine, we always ended up back at the hotel to take in the nice ambience this rooftop had to offer. We spent a week here which may sound like a lot but, we were looking to relax, as my wife and I both have very demanding schedules and it turned out to be perfect. The breakfast was outstanding with very typical Mexican dishes served up to perfection which was complimented with the sounds of the morning outside in the lower atrium, and, Sundays they put on a spectacular brunch, a can’t miss. The grounds are impeccable and it just seemed that not a blade of grass was out of place which created a super relaxing ambience. This was our 2nd time in SMA and The Rosewood delivered on all levels.
