Luxurious desert experience
Wonderful experience, excellent food, great sight-seeing. The hospitality -- especially the restaurant staff -- was exceptional. Everybody was extremely courteous and attentive.

Nayara Atacama in May
Spent four days in May 2025 at Nayara Atacama (all-inclusive) and it lived up to expections. The transfers were always ontime. The staff was very attentive without being suffocating. The excurions were very eductional and fun. The excursion staff were very conscieous of making sure we were prepared for the conditions during the excursions whether it be the elevation, or general weather condtions during the tours - the conditions can change dramitically in one day! All the meals were very tasty (breakfast/lunch/dinner) though they could have more dinner options available. Really nothing to complain about at all!

Paradise int the desert 🌵🏜️
Amazing stay in the desert! From being greeted at Calama and then welcomed with superb hospitality at the hotel the team could not do enough. Room was superb and mattresses/bedding super comfy. The food was excellent with high delicious food in the evenings. We chose to have the menu by the pool at lunch which was great and the service by all F&B team members was phenomenal, especially Matius. Breakfast was a great spread. The tours were really well organised and sometimes private if no other guests joined. We were had to cut our trip short due to the hotel being sold exclusively, which was a shame but the reservations team did well to recover with us staying in Santiago at their sister hotel for the last night. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great vacation in Atacama
This hotel is definitely the best value for money one can get. It's a LHW with top quality service! Great food, beverage, tours, facilities - the full experience program is worth paying for.
