About the Hotel
The land of Tierra Atacama is part of the Ayllú de Yaye. Tierra Atacama Hotel and Spa is built on the site of the old cattle corral, where the drovers who brought cattle from Argentina to the Port of Antofagasta stopped to feed and rest their animals after the tough crossing of the Andes. They restocked on forage and water before continuing their journey. The architects of Tierra Atacama decided to incorporate the ancient adobe walls into the entrance of the hotel, preserving them as a monument to the history of the area. Tierra Hotels has an adventure spa philosophy. We believe our guests want to experience the outdoors actively and adventurously and then be welcomed back to the hotel with a variety of relaxing options ranging from a simple nap to one of our professional spa services.

An outstanding Atacama hotel experience!
My wife and I enjoyed five nights at this newly renovated hotel. We stayed in a beautiful suite which included a private guide for full and half day activities for the duration of our stay. We went on fascinating hikes, rode horses and had great adventures. Our guide Catherine was truly outstanding! We also enjoyed their excellent spa services. The hotel rate included 3 delicious gourmet meals every day. Finally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

O hotel está novíssimo , decoração e arquitetura de muito bom gosto integradas à natureza local , quartos confortáveis e limpíssimos ! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos , prestativos e demonstram prazer e alegria durante o trabalho. Um elogio especial ao nosso guia Luiz ! O melhor guia que eu já conheci! O Luiz é muito educado , paciente , montou nosso roteiro de passeios de maneira espetacular , tivemos verdadeiras aulas de história , geologia, biologia e de conhecimentos gerais com ele! Realmente bem preparado para transformar os passeios em verdadeiras experiências completas. A perfeita união do bom profissionalismo e amor ao trabalho que faz ! A comida do hotel é muito boa , com diversas opções entre o Daily Meni e o Alternative Menu. Certamente quero voltar para aproveitar esse charmoso hotel ! Foram dias maravilhosos. Super recomendo.

Thank you! There is no better hotel in all of Chile, and its location in San Pedro de Atacama is simply the best.

Perfect place in the Atacalma
Amazing hotel, food and excursions. Guide Gaspar really made our visit. All staff were amazing. I believe this hotel is about to undergo renovation so should be even more incredible when it reopens. The views out to the volcano were amazing.
