We had a bizarre experience at check out. We were a bit late leaving our room. This led to multiple phone calls and housekeeping repeatedly knocking on the door. I've never experienced this. It was jarring enough that we likely won't return.

Beautiful resort and beach with a great staff. Best described as First Class. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We had an awesome stay - staff was kind and welcoming (especially Randy), the amenities and location are great, and the rooms are very cool. We'll definitely go back.

Accommodations, Food, Staff, Amenities- just EVERYTHING was exceptional. We appreciate the details to luxury at Watercolor Inn from the Treat Suite on every floor to the "Goodbye Gift" which was a lovely bag of potpourri for our vehicle to remind us of the wonderful scent of the Inn itself. Although it rained us on on the one day we planned to go to Camp Watercolor, the Beach Club pools were clean and relaxing. The food at FOOW was incredible as well. We can't wait to return.

Service was just not what I expect from an expensive luxury hotel. Staff was ok, but only one person seemed to really want to go above and beyond to make it a great experience. “I’ll try to find a clean towel” from a guy at the pool was not what I would have hoped for when paying this much money. It’s a beautiful place and location, just wish the service reflected the price.
