Good service
We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. We had a very wonderful experience. Ignacio and Krishna were our severs and they were very wonderful making our experience amazing!!

Stolen Backpack upon check in and while in conversation with desk staff
We were profiled and lost our backpack in a classic bait and switch while talking to front desk staff and while our bags were next to us. Man entered sat next to us, bent down to take our bag, left his and exited, All on camera with 7 staff members in the lobby of 5 star hotel. Police called, did not come and staff indicated this was not the first time this happened.

Highly recommend staying here
I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, restaurants and shopping nearby, and one of the Hop On Hop Off bus stops is across the street. The hotel is very nice with an excellent buffet breakfast.

This hotel was superb. We loved it!
Everything about our stay was first class. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Room was clean and the service was wonderful; there was always someone available to help. Paul at the front desk was so kind and went above and beyond for us. 10 stars for Paul! If we find ourselves in Santiago again, this is where I would stay.
