Reviews for The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago

Classic comfort, standout staff, limited perks

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

A warm, polished stay with standout service. The team really makes the difference here, especially Cristian, the porter, who was genuinely kind and helpful with my bags. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable, and overall service felt thoughtful and consistent. The only downside for me was the lack of a view from the room, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Also worth noting: access to the lounge comes at an additional (and fairly high) nightly fee, even with the highest elite status, which was a bit surprising. That said, if you value service and a more classic, refined atmosphere, this is a solid choice.

Customer Service !

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Santiago, Chile, made even more special because it was my birthday. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding and truly reflected the high standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. I would especially like to recognize Ambrosio, who went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued and celebrated. Small touches and his warm approach made a big difference, turning my stay into a memorable experience. Thank you to Ambrosio and the entire team for making my birthday so special. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Lovely stay. Staff very attentive went out of their way to be sure things went smoothly. They were very helpful in arranging dinners for us. Excellent location, walking distance to many upscale restaurants. Rooms were very comfortable

One of the nicest hotels in Santiago

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

First off, the lobby is rather impressive, I thought. LOTS of help from the arrival to departure. The rooms are very nice. English TV channels like BBC for us news junkies. IF you can go to the club, you will really enjoy the food. Breakfast is great in the club as is early dinner from 1700-1900. Wine is good especially the carmenere. I did the hot tub on the top floor. No one there late afternoon and very relaxing I could have fell asleep there. The club workers are really great. Constanza was so nice!! Cesar Romero looking guy was talkative...

Staff are lovely but the hotel is tired and doesn’t live up to the name. Lobby staff are fantastic but the bar is understaffed and boring. Don’t bother with a spa treatment, it’s a pitiful excuse for a spa and the staff are not professional and not centred on you visit with them.
