Terrible attendance
They were very rude. The restaurant was empty and they said it was full. The attendant was Arqntxa and she let us at the sun.

5 Star Experience
This is am amazing hotel located in a fun and lively area of the city. The staff are extremely hospitable and accommodating, including the concierge Martin, who helped me plan an amazing 4 days in Chile. The spa and restaurants are an added bonus to an already great place. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Santiago :)

Best option in Lastarra
Great location; great stay This hotel is conveniently located in one of the most cultural areas of the city. The rooms are very comfortable. The service is personalized and with a lot of care in the detail. Gastronomy is also good with a nice bar in the lobby as well as in the Rooftop. The facility is surrounded by good restaurants, and coffee shops in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend this option when visiting Santiago.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and The Singular is absolutely one of the best. The service is beyond incredible. The rooms are super nice and the top-floor bar/restaurant/lounge is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough great things about The Singular... if you're looking for a great deal in Santiago and don't want to compromise on quality, book a room at The Singular. Seriously, this place is THE BEST

Superb customer service.
Service and staff was 1st class. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. the air con worked well. No milk in the rooms for the coffee machine, but not unusual for Chile. The food was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were always attentive, kind and helpful.
