An exceptional hotel in many different ways - location, decor, staff, comfort. We needed somewhere special to finish off our trip before a long flight home. The Singular certainly delivered. I imagine in the warmer months when the pool is open it is even better. The staff went out of the way to make sure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious. Even though it's from a menu and described as 2 courses we could order seconds. The coffee was the best we'd had during our stay in Chile.

This Singular Santiago is a lovely hotel, with comfortable, sparkling clean rooms, a marvelous ample breakfast and a fun rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff were especially wonderful, from Martin the concierge, to ALL the servers and the masseurs. The Singular is in a fun area, with trendy walking streets displaying vendor crafts and some of the best large murals I've ever seen. It's a short walk to Hidalgo Castle on Santa Lucia Hill, for great views and a spot of nature in the middle of the city. The funicular and cable car are touristy, but nevertheless a must-do. Finally, the Singular is a great value for the experience.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Room was spacious & clean, and bed was super comfy. Bathroom also clean & spacious, with a very nice shower. Staff are fantastic - helpful & pleasant, and patient with my minimal knowledge of Spanish, though many were also fluent in English. Rooftop restaurant is a wonderful city oasis with delicious food and beverages. Loved the breakfast options, and all the special touches and services available - from Easter candy in my room to arranging car service to & from the airport.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location in Santiago. The staff from top to bottom were some of the most helpful & friendly we've ever experienced through our extensive travels. The room was very nice, linens (bedding) crisp, clean and comfortable. We normally do not provide reviews (either negative or positive) but the Singular deserves this positive review.

Staff is highly attentive, kind and gracious. Food and beverages at breakfast and brunch were excellent. Staff made the check in and check out process as smooth and helpful as possible. The hotel location and it’s outdoor areas for lounging and eating were fantastic, as well!
