The W personnel provide a professional and very personal treatment. They always treat guest by first name. The hotel rooms are nice and confortable spaces.

I had a wonderful month at the W, May-June 2025. The staff was incredible and really took care of my group with any and everything we could’ve asked for. Our cleaning staff, specifically Lili, was incredibly sweet. attentive and thorough. We love staying here and will continue in the future.

Excellent Hotel located in the High-Scale area of Las Condes in Santiago, Chile. Great facility, atmosphere, interior decor, and customer service. Got a KING COOL CORNER guest room with a majestic view of TORRE SANTIAGO. Awesome overall experience!
