W Santiago

Daniela Aramayo (Manager) went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we arrived, she had coloring books for my children—not hotel freebies, but high quality amazing travel related coloring books. She personally greeted us at the front desk. She made sure our suite had rollaways for the kids. She also arranged for us to use another hospitality room so we could have a late check out for a late flight home. When in Santiago, I would return to this hotel because Daniela truly cared for my family and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was also delicious, and the suite very spacious and comfortable. Thank you W Santiago for a great stay!

This shouldn't be classed as a 5 star hotel. To being with we couldnt use our debit card to pay for the room, you need a credit card otherwise you are charged 19% tax. The rooms are very old, mouldy and dark. There are no slippers, no cotton buds or q tips, for a 5 star hotel basic bathroom amenities should be provided. There are various elevators, one to get to reception, a separate one for the rooms and another to access the pool. The gym is also located in another building. We were locked out of our room half an hour before check out, and the staff were rude when asked to help. The only positive I can give here are the house keeping staff. They were friendly and attentive. Do yourself a favour and go to the four seasons.

My husband I stayed in W Santiago to wrap up our Chile & Argentina Anniversary trip before returning home. My husband surprised me with Extreme Wow Suite to celebrate and I was very happy with the choice he made. First of all, W hotels are known for the fashionable and unique decors, and this one was nicely designed as well. We arrived late from Easter Island but service was impeccable. A gentleman escorted up to the lobby and another checked us in right away. He was very friendly, yet professional. He made sure that we did not miss the Karai restaurant reservation and remembered us by our name next day. He gave us a great recommendations of near by eateries, also. Suite was so spacious. I suppose it was 1,900 sqft and comes with your own terrace. It took me a while to take pictures! Of course, it was clean and designed with unusual, yet classy decors. Hotel did provide us with a very welcoming note from the staffs congratulating our anniversary. It was very touching and made our stay in Santiago very special. We might comeback to Santiago in near future just to stay here again.

We’ve stayed in room 730 - a large corner room with king sized bed and bathtub next to the bed - for 2 nights. Hotel is in a safe business neighborhood. A rooftopbar & swimming pool with a great view towards the Andes as well. Service is friendly and attentive. Free parking is included in the self-parking garage, which we’ve appreciated a lot! Great hotel to stay if you’re visiting Santiago!

Lovely stay at W Santiago with my daugther. The staff of the hotel made the experience even more special. It is a high-level hotel and very well located.
