Canaves Oia Suites is Amazing hotel with great views, rooms, spa, staff and uniqueness. The location is the Best and 5 Star all the way. No one will be disappointed staying here. Parts of the hotel is in a cave. Love this place. The service is wonderful.

My wife and I spent 3 nights / 4 days at the Canaves Oia Suites in late April 2024 for a mini-honeymoon tacked onto a trip to Greece with my family, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Not only was the hotel property superb, but the service was beyond five star. The hotel went out of their way to make it a memorable experience for my wife and me. We will definitely be back. Hotel Property: The Canaves Oia Suites is the only (or one of the few) hotels in Oia to have an elevator to the different levels if you are tired and don't want to climb steps at night. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Cleaning services were unlike anything I have seen - not only is the room spotless, but the cleaning staff adds extra touches like putting a Canaves branded glasses cleaning cloth under your glasses if you leave them on a surface, and everyday ties up loose charging cords using a branded Velcro cable tie. Service: The front desk staff and concierge were amazing. We sent them our flight itinerary pre-arrival and all airport transfers were taken care of seamlessly (*for additional charge for driver/car). Since we arrived just before the season started, we were upgraded from the honeymoon suite to a higher category. When we arrived in our room, there were rose petals everywhere and balloons with hearts filled the room (I did not ask for this or pay extra for this - just an added touch). The concierge is available 24/7 via WhatsApp messaging (with your phone number tied to your reservation automatically) and everything is taken care of seemlessly and almost immediately - from tour reservations, car services, spa packages, dinner reservations, etc. This hotel truly goes the extra mile to make your stay a dream.

Lovely property with a great terrace offering amazing views day and night. We enjoyed having breakfast on our own private terrace each morning. A bottle of wine was delivered upon our arrival which was nice. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Rooms and entire property are clean and comfortable. Polite, accommodating staff.

Most beautiful resort, views are best in the world! Rooms are exquisite, food is best ever and staff are beyond your wildest dreams! The nicest and most thoughtful people and most thoughtful resort we have ever stayed at! World class experience, best location in Santorini and in Oia! Restaurant Petra was phenomenal dining experience! Breakfast could not have been better and dinner was equally as amazing! Can’t say enough about the quality of all amenities and staff. Spa is also top notch! Highly recommended - would never consider another property in Santorini!

We have spent 5 nights in this luxury hotel : - Our Pool Suite 57 was fantastic! The bedroom was very spacious and clean, spotless. With all amenities. - Our private terrace was beautiful with an amazing view on the caldeira. And the private pool was small but so relaxing and heated at 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. It was great to enjoy the amazing view on the sea from the pool and also part of the village of Oia Santorini. We were also lucky to have our own heated pool because the water of the hotel pool is of course cold in April. - All the staff is very professional and very helpful and kind. From the Managers Giota and Nikolas, to all the waiters and the lady cleaning our room. THANK YOU - Breakfast is à la carte. You can choose in the menu anything you wish and it's delicious 😋 We had breakfast each morning in the common terrace with others guests and once again you will enjoy the sea view. The service and food are excellent. - There is an elevator from the reception to the restaurant. But not to each room, so ask the hotel before booking. - There are also a Spa and Fitness area but we didn't try them. We had enough sport with Santorini steps 😀 But what a fantastic sea view from everywhere 😍 - I highly recommend staying in Canaves Oia Suites and its location is right in the center close to everything walking distance.
