Exceptional hotel
Wow, this hotel far exceeded our expectations, feel like the online pictures in advance don't do it justice. Its stunning and our villa was exceptional. We loved every minute. The staff provide exceptional levels of service too. Highly recommend this for a family break.

Best Resort in Sanur
"A perfect place for a special moment. We stayed here to attend a wedding of my family. The check-in process was smooth and the room was very comfortable, clean, and homey. The ambiance was relaxing, a perfect collaboration with all the team of Andaz, especially Yunik. She took great care of our family during the event, always smiling and warm, even though she was not young - respect for her, good job. We will definitely come back and stay here if we visit Bali. Thank you, Andaz, and team."

Relaxing stay for a family with toddler
Lovely and relaxing stay just for my wife, my toddler, and myself. Food was excellent and you won't go wrong at the Fisherman's Club. The room stays was amazing, big spacious room enough to fit in a baby crib and some. My toddler fully enjoyed running around to explore the room.

Was a nice stay
The hotel was very nice and staff were helpful. For us the service was quite slow and also could do with a little work on maintenance especially in the pool. Cracked tiles and also so much sand being put in the pool.
