Andaz Bali

Myself and my best friend had a wonderful stay at the andaz (no kids just two adults). We were delighted with an upgrade on arrival and the facilities were fantastic the restaurants all amazing and the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The fisherman’s club was our favourite for lunch, drinks and dinner and we also ordered room service on a rainy evening. There isn’t anything we could fault, the service was always amazing in all restaurants and the staff super attentive and responsive to our requests. I'm a working mom of two and this trip was my ME time. I wanted to take a break and enjoy a relaxing solo getaway-- that's exactly what I experienced here. The atmosphere is serene and laid-back, which is totally different from Nusa Dua where I also stayed during this trip. My room was big, beautiful, luxurious with a large terrace facing the adult pool. The grounds are well kept, clean and feature a beautifully landscaped lush garden. I only used the adult pool, which I totally enjoyed. I love the design of this hotel, it's very Balinese. The breakfast is an ala-carte buffet, which means you can order as much as you like from the menu. The food was good, fresh and beautifully plated. Although I must admit I still prefer the traditional buffet style, it was nice to experience something different. There's a little excitement in wondering how each dish will look and taste. I still enjoyed my breakfast. My favorites were Bedugal berries and Jamu Mojito. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived until the bittersweet departure, every single aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. This review is a testament to a level of excellence that is truly rare and deserving of the highest praise. Arrival and Staff (The Human Touch) The sense of perfection began the moment our car pulled up to the entrance. We were greeted with warm smiles and genuine Balinese hospitality, especially from Sudi, who made our arrival and subsequent buggie trips around the resort feel personal and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, largely thanks to Ayu at the Front Desk. She was incredibly professional and made us feel like valued guests, not just another reservation. A special mention must go to Putri at the Concierge desk. She was a lifesaver and a true testament to the hotel's commitment to guest needs, being incredibly helpful in arranging reliable babysitting services. The positive interactions continued with Siman and many other receptionists whose names I wish I could recall, all of whom consistently went above and beyond. The Facilities and Impeccable Maintenance The hotel's facilities were pristine and impeccably maintained. The grounds were lush and beautifully landscaped, with a sense of tranquility that pervaded the entire property. The swimming pools were sparkling clean and inviting, and the beach was consistently tidied. It was clear that the hotel's staff takes immense pride in their property, as we saw the gardeners and pool cleaners working diligently every single day. Their hard work ensures that every public area, from the walkways to the restrooms, remains spotless. The Room and Unseen Heroes Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and impeccable design. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, and this was thanks to the incredible Housekeeping team. Their work was flawless. Not only did they clean the room to perfection, but they also took the time to fold our clothes neatly and organize all of our belongings. They consistently refilled every complimentary amenity, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Similarly, the minibar service was always on top of things, ensuring our room felt fully stocked and welcoming at all times. Culinary Delights The food at the Andaz Bali was, in a word, spectacular. Each meal was a culinary journey that delighted the senses. While dining at Fisherman's Club, we were fortunate to be served by Nova. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also added a wonderful touch of warmth to our meal. The food itself was magnificent, with the fresh, local seafood being a particular highlight. The breakfast at Village Square was equally impressive, with a vast array of both local and international cuisine. Conclusion In a world where travel can often be unpredictable, the Andaz Bali delivered an experience that was nothing short of perfect. Every element—the stunning Balinese-inspired design, the phenomenal food, the pristine facilities, and most importantly, the impeccable and thoughtful service from every single staff member—came together to create a truly flawless stay. We left with a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The Andaz Bali is a destination in itself, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

An amazing hotel where they've thought of everything to provide you with a perfect holiday. We had six nights at the Andaz and will definitely come back. The facillities and the rooms are fabulous; the breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are incredible.
