Andaz Bali

Bali is not short of fine hotels, but what sets the Andaz apart is not only that it is a beautiful hotel, but everything about it is equally beautiful! The landscaping is sublime - lush and very well tended. The restaurants are all equally exceptional - the food delicious and plentiful. And the staff are amazing - always ready with a hello or quick smile, and always super helpful.

Excellent Hotel!!! The rooms was big, clean and with a nice veranda. The breakfast was very, very good and the functionaries were helpful. The beach is not very good but it´s not hotel fault.

We spent 3 nights at the Andaz and loved it. The property itself is not a massive property so it has a smaller, more personalized, less crowded feel. There are sufficient facilities including some like the spa and gym which are shared with its next door sister property, Hyatt Regency. Kids activities are also not lacking though there is a 2 hour no-charge limit. Our room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, one of its strongest points. However, other than breakfast, a minor negative is a relative lack of F&B options at both Andaz and Hyatt Regency but there are plenty of options around, including the nearby Icon Bali. Overall, we feel that Andaz is an excellent place to stay in Sanur.

Definitely one the highlights of our two-week stay in Bali. Considering our last thirty years of travel, I would say that this is one of the top hotels we've visited around the world. The reason I say this is that they provide astonishingly good quality of food, service and accommodation for money.

Our stay at the Andaz in Bali over the holidays was truly exceptional and memorable in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and hospitality set this hotel apart. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety that catered to every mood and taste — whether you wanted something indulgent, light, or healthy, there was always something to look forward to. Traveling with kids during the holidays can be stressful, but Andaz Bali exceeded all expectations. The kids club was a fun place for them to play at, and the extra activity room set up especially for Christmas was such a thoughtful and delightful surprise. Our children absolutely loved decorating gingerbread cookies and decorating mini wooden Christmas trees, relaxing in the cozy tents, and getting their faces painted. It truly captured the magic of the season and made the holidays feel special even while away from home. The room was clean, spacious and serene, making it a peaceful space to relax and our kids napped so well with the amazing blackout shades. The hotel was centrally located and just a short walk to surrounding restaurants and shops. Above all, we are most grateful for the exceptional service we received after checking out. When we realized we had accidentally left something behind in our room and had already arrived to another area in Bali, we reached out to inquire and the team immediately stepped in. They graciously searched for the item and personally delivered it to us at our next destination. This level of care, effort, and kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Andaz Bali, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our time in Bali so special and stress-free over the holidays. We will absolutely treasure these memories and hope to return again!
