Andaz Bali

We stayed at the Andaz Bali for the second time and it will not be our last. The hotel rooms and grounds were immaculate. What made the hotel memorable is the staff. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all outstanding. Thanks to Danu, Aris, Krisna, Pebri and Wayu from the restaurant for their excellent service. We can't wait to visit again!

This is our second stay at Andaz Sanur and it was very good - not as fantastic as the first stay but still very very good. Check in was ordinary this time - and we were Disappointed we didn’t get the ground floor we requested, even though we booked directly. I had a fall in Ubud so walking wasn’t easy but the lady on reception didn’t care. Breakfast is always great although sometimes it’s a bit hit and miss with communication. Beds were comfortable but even though we requested extra soft pillows it took a whole day to get them! Location is fantastic and we will be back but perhaps we will just book garden view next time as it turns out ground floor requests are no good for pool view as they only have two and they are prioritised to the suites bookings. We had dinner at Wok Wok but we probably picked the wrong thing. The location is the best in Sanur!

The staff are very friendly and my favorite spot are the Lobby Lounge. staff are very helpful, especially ibu Yunik. I can relaxing and working at the lobby. and the coffee is very good!!!

Live in it, that's Andaz Bali to me. The good atmosphere and service deliver by Ibu Yunik at lounge that's make our holiday feels more. She is an asset to Andaz with her most Warm Welcome to every guest. Our room is convenience with details and set up wisely. Frida my girlfriend love to spend inside more as she loved the ambiance most. We went to walk the hotel, quite busy outside especially at beach lips. Even consider as private, I don't think this works well. But it is not bothering us or our holiday. Wishing to stop by next time and stay back only with Andaz Bali Sanur. Beautiful holiday.

I'm a working mom of two and this trip was my ME time. I wanted to take a break and enjoy a relaxing solo getaway-- that's exactly what I experienced here. The atmosphere is serene and laid-back, which is totally different from Nusa Dua where I also stayed during this trip. My room was big, beautiful, luxurious with a large terrace facing the adult pool. The grounds are well kept, clean and feature a beautifully landscaped lush garden. I only used the adult pool, which I totally enjoyed. I love the design of this hotel, it's very Balinese. The breakfast is an ala-carte buffet, which means you can order as much as you like from the menu. The food was good, fresh and beautifully plated. Although I must admit I still prefer the traditional buffet style, it was nice to experience something different. There's a little excitement in wondering how each dish will look and taste. I still enjoyed my breakfast. My favorites were Bedugal berries and Jamu Mojito. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
