A village felt hotel at seaside of Sanur
A new hotel with very tranquility atmosphere, located at beautiful sanur beach, very suitable for couples. Staffs are very friendly. Only that the hotel’s sauna and gyms facility is located in an older one Hyatt Regency located adjacent to it.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Andaz Bali! The hotel is located right along the beach. It was quiet and gave a very relaxing vibe. It’s also close enough to cycle to Icon Bali, which we understand as the biggest mall in Bali. The breakfast was the best. Great variety and everything tasted so good. We especially loved the different mixed juices! Service was top notch. Staff was attentive to all our needs. Overall would recommend!

Fabulous Bali resort
We were really impressed with Andaz Bali. Having selected it based on the great reviews, it exceeded our expectations. It strikes a balance between having the amenities of a larger resort, but with a more intimate, boutique feel. The lush planting and village like arrangement of the central buildings has a real Balinese flavour - and speaking of flavours, the food offer is excellent. Breakfast is a highlight, but all dining options are very good, and there is the bonus of having the Hyatt Regency next door for more options (their Pizzeria is particularly good). We stayed in a villa, which was wonderful - extremely private with its own small pool, great bathroom, large bedroom, and separate pantry and walk in wardrobe. Everything was spotlessly clean. Tip - if you're booking a villa request one that doesn't back onto the road as these would experience road noise. Villa 10 was quiet, for example. The resort has a main pool by the beach, but we also liked the quiet pool tucked away at the corner of the resort - a real oasis. The property has direct beach access (bisected by a public walkway, but all beaches in Bali are public access), the beach was clean and there are also some loungers for hotel guests. Staff are friendly and helpful, real ambassadors for the brand. We were a little unsure of the location prior to visiting as not many people we spoke to were familiar with it, but really it is ideal. It is only 30-40 minutes from the airport, and Sanur itself has plenty to offer but is more relaxed than some of the west coast hotspots.

WOW!!!! Incredible property and 5-star service!
I was absolutely stunned by my stay at the Andaz. As soon as you enter the lobby, you know it's going to be an amazing stay! The staff are next level and everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and gracious. I used my American Express Platinum card so benefited from several perks, including early and late check in and $100 in credits which I used at the various restaurants. They also upgraded me to a suite, which included a semi-private pool. The suite was bigger than my apartment! I will definitely return again and want to thank all the staff for making my short stay an absolute dream. Makasih banyak!

Exceptional hotel
Wow, this hotel far exceeded our expectations, feel like the online pictures in advance don't do it justice. Its stunning and our villa was exceptional. We loved every minute. The staff provide exceptional levels of service too. Highly recommend this for a family break.
