Very nice hotel in Sanur
Perfect place. Very friendly staff. We had one bedroom pool villa. So nice. Lots of space , nice pool and very clean. Location in Sanur is also perfect.

The best holiday in the best hotel ever
The best vacation we’ve ever had. We’ve never encountered such professional, helpful, and friendly staff. We rate the food, atmosphere, cleanliness, and service as 11/10. We definitely recommend it and look forward to returning to the hotel soon

Andaz Bali - Stunning Grounds and Great Service, but Room for Improvement in Activities and Comfort
Andaz Bali is a beautiful 5-star property with massive rooms, decent balconies, and exceptionally polite staff. The landscaping is lush and expansive, making for a very serene atmosphere. We especially loved that the beach is right outside, with a 2-mile stretch perfect for long walks. Highlights: Dining: The Korean BBQ with live performances was the absolute highlight of our stay—highly recommended! Perks: Free bike rentals were great for exploring the coast. The "all-day" coffee, tea, and snacks in the common area were a lovely touch. Location: Only a 15-minute walk to a nearby mall, which is perfect for escaping the midday heat. Areas for Improvement: Vegetarian/Vegan Options: While there are staples like margherita pizza, gnocchi, and avocado toast, the menu feels limited for vegetarians and quite difficult for vegans. Activities: The free activity menu is mostly geared toward children. Charging 150k IDR for yoga feels unnecessary for a 5-star resort; offering complimentary yoga or Pilates at convenient hours would definitely improve guest engagement. Comfort & Layout: The pools are surprisingly small. More importantly, the seating in both the restaurant and the massive lobby is quite uncomfortable. For a hotel of this scale, the lobby is underutilized with very limited seating. Value-Adds: The free non-alcoholic minibar is a nice gesture, but the snack quality felt a bit like an afterthought. Adding complimentary kayaks or paddleboards would bring the property up to par with its competitors.

Great stay for family with toddler
They had reasonable activities for kids on site, the cultural show in the evening was really engaging too and services were top notch. The staff at all outlets were really accommodating and friendly towards my 18 months old toddler, making it really easy for us. Food selection was really extensive and the in-room mini bar was free for us as well. So we really appreciated that. Just to note, you’ll have to pay cover charge to the hotel if you get an external photographer. So perhaps check with the hotel first for their own in-house photographer contact.
