Great stay for family with toddler
They had reasonable activities for kids on site, the cultural show in the evening was really engaging too and services were top notch. The staff at all outlets were really accommodating and friendly towards my 18 months old toddler, making it really easy for us. Food selection was really extensive and the in-room mini bar was free for us as well. So we really appreciated that. Just to note, you’ll have to pay cover charge to the hotel if you get an external photographer. So perhaps check with the hotel first for their own in-house photographer contact.

Beautiful resort. Highly recommend
The Andaz Bali is ideally situated. You can walk out of the back of the hotel onto the beach/beach path, or walk out of the front of the hotel to walk through Sanur itself. We loved this hotel & resort. It is located next to the sister hotel, The Hyatt & you can use their facilities too. We dined at the Pizzeria at the Hyatt which was lovely, & they provided a buggy taxi to return us to the Andaz (it's only a short walk but it had started to rain). The Andaz Bali resort is based on a Balinese village & the resort grounds are lovely and are beautifully maintained by a team of gardeners. It's so relaxed and peaceful. The restaurants provide an excellent choice of food which is well cooked and beautifully presented. Our room was really nice, very quiet & the housekeeping service was excellent. Housekeeping communicated with us via email to ensure that they weren't intrusive & tailored their service to our needs. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a huge bath and a lovely separate shower in the bathroom. We also really appreciated the covered patio with overhead fan - protected us from the sun & rain! The staff are exceptional at the Andaz - professional, efficient, friendly & very welcoming. The pool areas are kept very clean & are beautifully landscaped with plenty of sun beds. Use of the free bicycles was really good too - the beach path is flat with a lane for cyclists & a lane for pedestrians. The beach is on the doorstep & is kept very clean. We had a wonderfully pampered and relaxed 8 night stay at the Andaz Bali. We would highly recommend it.

Andaz , heaven in Bali
This is Heaven, we stayed during Silent night and the Executive Lounge ambiance was so peaceful and Sacred. Ibu Yunik is like a termendous Bible for Bali and Andaz, she knew most of Local Attraction with services in hours which made our holiday even way easier. She is an assest. Thought Executive Lounge need more snacks and not only common light one. The rest , Hyatt is always best to place to stay.
