Andaz Bali

Andaz was the best place to stay in Sanur, and I had a great time there a second time. The place is perfect; it has a great vibe, an attractive town, and a beautiful beach that you can walk on. I enjoyed my morning run on the beach every day. Andaz hotel - The atmosphere of the hotel is great, the most interesting feeling here in Andaz is that it feels more like a home. The seamless integration of the hotel's architecture, reception, and staff creates a truly memorable stay. Using local Balinese materials in Andaz I is a great way to experience the magnificence of the hotel while also appreciating the simplicity of Balinese architecture. Everywhere you go, from the hotels to the restaurants, you can almost taste the local culture and know you're in Bali. It was most impressive because the village felt so much like home in Bali on my second trip, Rooms - The rooms are large and beautifully designed; the furnishings, including the sofas, bathroom, are a perfect reflection of the place I was. Lounge - As expected on my second stay I couldn't stay much at the lounge but it's such a lovely place and every staff makes tou feel so comfortable, I mostly met Yunik and Diji there and it was like as great as in my first trip . Breakfast - Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Even though I'm a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding anything satisfying on the menu. The service is excellent, and the staff shows a lot of empathy. Memories of many beautiful people I met there, like Harry and Diji, who brought joy to every day with their smiles, flooded my mind during my second stay. over all staff - From the moment I step foot in the lobby of the Andaz Bali until the moment I leave, I feel at home. The entire staff, from the front desk to the lounge to the breakfast area, is so kind and kind. I think this is one place which gives me strong memory of Bali. I will be keep coming for Andaz.

Beautiful large boutique feel beachfront hotel in an excellent location, oversize rooms and excellent botanic setting, excellent breakfast, top service throughout. Easily the best value luxury experience in Bali and we should know, we have visited Bali 20 times

This is a stunning resort in every aspect. The rooms are beautifully appointed with every detail considered. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the landscaping and decoration exude a quiet, peaceful since of natural elegance and calm. Every single staff person we interacted with, from porters carrying another visitors luggage, to wait staff, to the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. The pool is very nice, and there are loads of beach bars/restaurants an easy stroll away. We had a delicious breakfast every morning in the main square, and really excellent food at the Fisherman's restaurant, which is a great place to sit in the evening, overlooking the beach. It became our favorite spot, even with all the surrounding options. The rooms are also very well insulated and quiet. We did not travel with young children, but noticed a children's club and lots of activities for them, as well as a separate children's pool. A top notch resort!

After an unfortunate experience at another hotel in Sanur, we booked Andaz Bali urgently at the last minute — and it turned out to be the best decision of our trip. From the moment we arrived until departure, the service was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. This is truly Andaz-standard hospitality at its best. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally well maintained. Everything feels fresh, polished, and immaculately kept. We stayed in a King Suite which was excellent — spacious, stylish, and very comfortable with beautiful interiors and extremely comfortable bedding. The bathroom and toilet were excellent as well, with strong water pressure, high-quality finishes, and everything functioning perfectly. The room always smelled fresh and pleasant, the air-conditioning worked flawlessly, and the Byredo amenities were a lovely touch and smelled amazing. One thing we particularly loved was the large terrace area, furnished with plenty of sofas and seating, making it a wonderful space to relax throughout the day. The overall atmosphere of the resort feels calm, refined, and effortlessly luxurious without trying too hard. Breakfast was outstanding with an impressive variety of buffet selections and à la carte options. The Rice Benedict was particularly memorable and one of the best breakfast dishes we had in Bali. Dining around the resort was consistently very good as well, especially the Korean food at Village Square. The hotel grounds are massive, beautifully landscaped, and shared with the neighboring Hyatt property. Exploring the gardens was genuinely enjoyable — relaxing, scenic, and full of little corners to discover. The entire resort feels lush, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. This has become our new favorite hotel in Bali and we will absolutely return. A fantastic recovery to our trip and a property that truly understands hospitality, comfort, and proper luxury resort upkeep.
