Disappointed, not the ritz standard we’re used to
I’ve stayed at multiple Ritz Carlton properties in the U.S. so I had certain expectations. Sadly, this was a letdown. One staff member at check-in literally fell asleep while assisting us, and the other seemed completely untrained. It felt chaotic, like they didn’t know what they were doing. They couldn’t even set up the deposit correctly instead of one per room, they charged all three rooms to one account and told us payment could only be made from the “main” room. We’ve never experienced anything like this at any other Ritz. Also, transport from the airport was extremely slow, and despite requesting a large van for our 8 suitcases, we were completely packed in with no space left. Not the level of comfort or service we expected. Overall, service didn’t come close to what we’re used to with the brand.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was fabulous. Got to talk to the head chef Stuart, attention is o detail seems to be a speciality at the hotel, we will definitely be back in the near future. The gardens were a real feature on the restaurant terrace with a welcome breeze

Had a great time at the Ritz Carlton, the room was spacious with an amazing view. Staff was friendly, food was delicious. Had a complimentary photo and video shoot on the beach, 思思~ was very talented and almost all photos came out beautifully. Highly recommended!

we had a delightful dinner at sofia restaurant. Italian food was so so so delicious . we friends enjoying a lots. Perfect service , very attentive and friendly staff. Ambience is beautiful. The way they setup their tables .The outside view from the sofia is just wow 😍……
