Reviews for Etoile Hotels Jardins

Company that runs the hotel not trustworthy. Unsafe place as well. Be careful.

The hotel was invaded by criminals twice during our stay and in one of the events my car was stolen by the criminals to escape. They make you leave the keys at reception, so the criminals just got two cars there to run away. Company very dishonest in dealing with the costs. They've written an answer on Booking.com saying they covered the costs for the key but in reality the damage was far greater and they've tried to negotiate what and what not to pay thru a lawyer. If I were a tourist I'd be screwed by these guys. No news went on the papers about the invasions and all they did after was to hire a single security guy, poor he. The invasion was well planned and there were 3-4 criminals that invaded one of the units without a single problem.

Perfect

Huge rooms I would say bigger than my apartment with hd tv and jacuzzi. Nice and well furnished gym but most importantly very warm staff. I stayed 6 nights and would come back with pleasure. Continental breakfast is very rich! I tried once the healthy option but there was too much to eat!!!!

Great hotel and staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed April 6, 2016

Stayed here on a business trip, and it was nice to return after each long day. The rooms are apartment-style suites with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. I started in a very nice room, but due to maintenance issues with the tap water on that floor, the hotel moved and upgraded me to a massive two-bedroom apartment! Both apartments were very nice, and one small note: I appreciated that the apartments included a bathroom in the common area so that guests did not have to use the private bathroom attached to your room. I really appreciated the staff's consideration and assistance with requests for taxis and general advice. I set up an airport transfer and private car in advance by email, and I received prompt and helpful replies from the hotel in English. The staff also included a complimentary dinner for the hassle of changing rooms. The location is excellent – near Avenida Paulista, many restaurants and shops, and a convenient grocery store for your kitchen. The hotel restaurant is nice as well – not incredible but very quiet. The servers are very attentive. My room included a substantial individual breakfast (not buffet) in the restaurant that included bread, meats, cheese, and fruit. I did not visit the hotel pool but am sure it was pleasant. All in all, I look forward to staying here again.

had an two bedroom apartment. from check in to check out, what friendly staff. breakfast was a little small but good. the location of the hotel is great, as you have so many restaurants and bars just around the corner. the shopping street is also only 2 blocks away.
