Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo

Excellent site, well located and with dining and leisure options near by. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The sushi restaurant was amazing. Buffet breakfast is convenient and with good selection of food. You might have to wait to be seated in the morning during "rush hour" but, only a few minutes.

Everything with the hotel is fine. The breakfast spread is good. However they serve machine coffee which for a luxury hotel brand in Brazil, with premium coffee available ,is rather disappointing The hotel has a premium espresso machine at the bar but the following was experienced Ordering coffee from the bar to have at breakfast is not allowed (through a waiter) Going to the bar and ordering coffee myself to take to breakfast is also not allowed Only ordering coffee as a takeaway and taking it myself to breakfast was allowed At the end even the quality of the coffee was not good , and they have a very fancy capable espresso machine Rather disappointing coffee experience .

I had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo for a total of 12 nights, and it quickly became a standout choice for its contemporary amenities and convenient location in the heart of the city. This hotel strikes an excellent balance between luxury and functionality, making it ideal for both short business trips and leisurely extended visits. The room was a true highlight—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with clean lines and upscale finishes that created a welcoming retreat. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure and high-quality fixtures that provided a refreshing experience, perfect for relaxing after a long day. While the gym facilities weren't the most extensive I've seen, they provided just enough equipment to maintain a routine during a shorter stay, including basic machines and weights that sufficed for quick workouts without any major shortcomings. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was another strong point, with a menu featuring high-quality dishes prepared with care and fresh ingredients (recommend the T-bone). Overall, the Grand Hyatt São Paulo delivers a polished and enjoyable experience, excelling in room comfort and dining while offering solid essentials like the gym. It's a reliable option for anyone seeking modernity and convenience in São Paulo, and I'd certainly choose it again for future trips

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Staff all knew english so it made shortening the room duration for 1 day and receiving a refund on it a smooth experience. There is a beautiful outdoor pool you can sunbath next to and a heated indoor pool. I enjoyed the sauna very much! My room had floor length windows with a stunning view of a bridge over rio pinheiros. I came here for vacation so the hotel was not as centrally located, but easy enough to uber anywhere - as long as you pay attention to traffic.

As a Globalist I get to experience a number of Hyatt Properties. This is a standout from my perspective in overall service. The hotel and room was excellent, comfortable and great amenities. The Club Lounge one of the best in the Americas. This is Sao Paulo and one must be ready for traffic and overall city smarts with going out at night. However, I walked with a colleague to a major nearby mall so whilst it's not in a walking area per se there are close by options. The hotel is undergoing a lobby renovation and I look forward to seeing the updates on a future trip. I'd be happy to return to this property.
