Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo

Great property with a nice lounge with pretty good food options. Attentive staff. Location worked well for us to see the city though far from the city center and airport.

This is one of the best hotels in SP. Food and service is excepcional. Hotel amenities are top notch, recent lobby and restaurant refurbishment makes it a very nice and beautiful common area to hang out and dine. Rooms are spacious, clean and luxury. Gym is well equipped, even though not very large. Sauna and heated pool very good too. Worth the investment for a 5 star hotel stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Best Breakfast i have seen in a long time, the beds were more comfortable then most of the hotels I have stayed at.

Bedrooms are seriously worn out. Furniture all scratched, mold in the shower. No coffee machine. Carpet not very clean. Shower door did not properly close.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo. As a Globalist, I’ve come to expect a higher level of service, but this visit missed the mark. I had reserved a meeting room in the lounge, yet when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted an important meeting. I also informed the hotel the day of that I would have a guest with me, but for reasons that were never explained, my +1 was still not added to the room and was denied lounge access. It was inconvenient and embarrassing for both of us. Given the brand and the price point, these operational basics should be handled smoothly. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t reflect the standard I’m used to, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
