A perfect stay in a great location
Woow I had the best stay, breakfast was really good with panoramic view, room and bathroom super comfortable and large, staff helpfull and attentive! Location is also perfect just blocs from business area, shopping center and great restaurants

Great Place to stay
The Tivoli was our home away from home for 3 nights while we were in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The room was very good sized with comfortable furniture. It was quiet and offered a good work space. Tivoli is in the Jardins area, which is an excellent place to be and convenient for walking on Paulista. There is an excellent outside patio with a pool. The restaurant was very good, also. It offers one of the most beautiful breakfast buffets I have ever seen.

Incredible service with the nicest staff
The entire staff delivers exceptional service. From pre-arrival, the reservations and front desk team were amazing. They connected me with Accounting team members who were precise and always responding on a timely manner. The housekeeping team is incredible: they organized my room every evening and it was always impeccable. Service at SEEN was lovely- one night I could not finish all desert (which was delicios) and I asked for a to-go box yet I was not ready to leave as wanted to enjoy the view for longer - they surprised me with telling me they would get my desert to my room ahead of time.and not having to take it in a box.

Great butler team!
