Beautiful property. The pool area was the gem of the stay. Great cocktails and had a delicious weekend brunch. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint was the lunch buffet at the rooftop restaurant..The food selection was very limited and quality was not great. Aside from that everything was lovely

Great amenties, beautiful modern hotel, super clean rooms. Food is great in general. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a great view of São Paulo, and serves everything, specially local food like pao de queijo. Staff is amazingly friendly, Ana Carolina was super helpful and nice providing her services.

I recently stayed at Tivoli Mofarrej. I was there for a global summit of world cultural leaders. I was greeted at the desk by a lovely gentleman with curly hair ( I'm so sorry that I've forgotten his name). He set me up with a wonderful room on the corner with marvelous views of Sao Paulo's urban environment on one side and a very green park on the other. All of the service was wonderful. However, I lost an important piece of equipment for my CPAP machine, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn't inconvenienced very long. They researched medical supply stores and arranged for the equipment to be sent to my hotel via taxi. I want to commend Gilberto and Fernanda for literally saving my life during my business trip. I don't know Portuguese, so their assistance and efficiency were extraordinary. They both showed that they cared and didn't stop working until my issue was resolved. That was indicative of the service throughout the hotel. Definitely stay that this place when in Sao Paulo! They will take care of you.

Tivoli hotel in the heart of São Paulo, Brasil 🇧🇷 offers many amazing amenities such as a very cozy pool bar with live music and great ambiance. If you want more action, the rooftop bar would be your place. Awesome view of the city. Excellent breakfast at the rooftop bar. The hotel is very conveniently locate.
