60th Birthday Celebration

We were on a girls trip celebrating a 60th birthday. We decided to use the hotel house car. Charlie was amazing. He was friendly, he took photos of us and gave us loads of suggestions. We were fortunate that each time we needed the service, Charlie was the driver. Definitely would use the house car again especially if Charlie is the driver.

Fabulous stay! Staff was very friendly, the hotel view beside the river was nice and there was available metered parking outside of hotel if you didn't choose valet. Met hotel Mgr Marc R. very cordial, inviting, and receptive of any hotel feedback or concerns. Hotel driver Charlie went above and beyond recommending various city staples to visit and always had a professional, entertaining and helpful attitude. Allen evening driver also provided multiple restaurant recommendations and advice. Will definitely return for a future stay!

An amazing Savannah experience and hotel stay thanks to Martrell

Martrell was absolutely amazing during our stay here in Savannah. We had been driving all day from NY and encountered a lot more traffic than expected on the way down to Georgia. Being that we got to our check in so late leaving us with little time to explore this beautiful place, Martrell took such good care of us that we decided to stay an extra night before we head down to Florida. We couldn’t have been any happier with our stay and it allowed us to enjoy all that Savannah has to offer all thanks to Martrell. Thank you again!

Great spot all the way around!

The Thompson checked the box for our group of 12 all the way around. It was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway, and a great jumping off point for everything Savannah has to offer. Ideally it would be a few blocks closer to other destinations in the city, but the onsite F&B, staff and quality make up for it. I would highly recommend the Thompson for a weekend trip, or for business. The rooftop can't be beat, and the hospitality was top notch.
