About the Hotel

Dog friendly property with great amenities

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Visited the property using WOH points with my partner and two pups. It's wonderfully dog friendly with lots of grounds for walking and getting out. It was quiet and the restaurant allows dogs on the patio which was a great plus. Bungalows were roomy, but patio didn't have a gate or anything to separate from walkways, so we had to have the dogs tied to the patio table so they wouldn't run out. Staff was friendly although a few were odd and made odd comments at times (not rude or mean, just odd and out of place). Got room service and waters every day, and the facilities (gym, spa, pool, etc.) were clean and handy. Overall a good stay and I'd probably be back after crossing of the other resorts in the area off my list.

Disappointing stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

We loved this property when we stayed last year. In our most recent visit, everything fell short of what we usually expect from this property and others as Globalist members. Our room was not ready for us (minibar items not restocked, no bedding for sofa bed, key not working), the breakfast benefit was very unclear and so we had to dispute extra charges at check-out, and upon checking my card statement a week later noticed a $59 minibar charge despite never consuming anything. I spent more time requesting and disputing things than actually relaxing at the resort. The worst part was that despite offering feedback and communicating our disappointment after our first night, we received no follow up or response from management or staff. The only positive part was the staff and food at the pool. I'd recommend using a resort pass to visit the property during the day, but save your $/points for elsewhere.

An Oasis in the bustling Scottsdale

We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. The grounds are beautiful, and the food was definitely above average. Loved the pool and bar area. We found the fitness center to be top notch, and pretty much empty, though we are sure at high season, that is not the case. Will be back. Meeting the owl and falcon that they bring in from a rescue center was one of the highlights of the resort.

Excellent for our Scottsdale Sneakaway

We weren't sure what to expect but this property was awesome! We were celebrating a kid-free getaway with another couple and the vibe here was just right. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, even at the day pool. The property was lively and classy but not obnoxious. If you're celebrating a babymoon, anniversary, getaway, etc... this is the best property we've stayed at thus far in Scottsdale. The casitas were roomy and outdoor patio was an added perk-very serene! The property is tucked away but located within walking distance to most stores, restaurants, etc.. The property provides rides within 3 miles which was a HUGE help and eliminated the need for us to rent a car. The staff was very friendly and it was evident that they were also very experienced and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Great Pool Vibe and Hotel

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Pool service was fantastic. Best service we have had at a hotel pool in a long time. We did the chef's table at their restaurant, Weft & Warp, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Pool cocktails were a little sweet for my liking. We had cabana C7 and loved the location next to jacuzzi, bar and pool. Rooms were great and the air conditioning doesn't make a loud noise when turning on and off, which is nice.
