Hotel Valley Ho

We loved our stay and will definitely be returning. The room was great, staff was very friendly, location in Old Town was perfect and the “pool party” on the weekend was solid!

Me and my wife came to this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon from 30 july 2025 until 1 August 2025. We had a amazing experience from the get go the front desk was very professional and friendly welcome. We went to the pool it was quiet an experience lovely drinks and food. We want to specially mention a amazing person we met who works at the pool his name is Alex. He was not only professional but also friendly and kind. Alex keep checking on us with a amazing smile and care. Knowing its so hot now we saw Alex walking around at the pool checking on all the guest with a smile. Alex genuinely loves what he do. Also want to mention the other pool staff she is the bartender sorry dont know her name she was very professional and kind. Thankyou guys. We also had dinner at the ZuZu restaurant. Very good food and drinks made by the bartenders. Special mention to Niko and Cru for taking care of us very professional. But i would like to mention something we experience at Zuzu restaurant they can do a better job at the hostess desk. We had dinner 2 nights and the hostess Bella was at the desk she seem very Unprofessional she should be welcoming guest with a smile and escorting at the table which bella did not. It looked lack of experience and not liking the job.First night we came in she was at the desk didn't acknowledge us so we had to make ourselves seat. We stayed at the table across from the bar after waiting for a while i had to get up and go to hostess desk to get the menus. We stayed for 2 nights and we had dinner both night at the Zuzu. The food drinks and other restaurants staff are amazing except bella. We request you guys to train your hostess more so no other guest have a bad experience. It just bothered me(Wilson) more bcoz i worked in food industry all my life in 5 star hotels and i don't have high expectations but atleast basic expectations. I wanted my wife to have the best experience. We rate 5 star overall experience bcoz it is amazing hotel and staff but little more training is required. We should be coming back soon. We had a amazing honeymoon experience.

Highly recommend! I have been staying at Valley Ho for years and they get better every time. The customer service is truly top notch and they are a very accommodating hotel. Zuzu has delicious food and drinks. The rooms are nice and there are many different layouts to choose from. The grounds are well kept and the mid century modern decor is so fun and unique! Year round I think they keep their prices reasonable which makes this a top choice if you’re visiting Scottsdale. They are close to downtown and the mall as well. Love love love VH!

First time staying here and it was magnificent! Great service from check in to check out. Food was delicious. Had a poolside cabana for a day and Niesha who served us was excellent.

This was my second time staying at the Valley Ho, and I would absolutely stay there again. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is top notch. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite, which had a full kitchen, a large living area, a very comfortable king-sized bed, and a huge bathroom with a luxurious shower. I was with a friend who had a standard king room, and it was also comfortable and on the larger side. Of course, one of the best parts of this hotel is the OH pool, which has a ton of seating options, including basic chaises and cabanas you can rent. We rented a cabana, and it was awesome. A fridge full of cold water, wonderful drink and food services, and even a TV.
