Hotel Valley Ho

This hotel always exceeds my expectations. This was my fourth time staying at this resort and all I can say is that it gets better every time I stay. We stayed two nights for a staycation and from the moment we arrived until we left, we dealt with beautiful accommodations and amazing staff. The bartenders, Andy and Markenson are friendly, very attentive, and knowledgeable about cocktails. They knew exactly what we wanted even before we knew what we wanted. haha! The restaurant, ZuZu, has the most amazing brunch choices. The first morning I had the Arizona omelet which was delicious and filling, but the second morning I chose the breakfast fried rice which may be a choice I make every time I stay going forward. It was fantastic! And to top off the brunch experience, Virginia, our server was so amazingly wonderful! We have had her as our server a couple of times in the past and will now be requesting her every time we eat there. This stay didn't come without any issues, such as the first room we were placed in would not cool lower than 80, and if you live in AZ, you know that is not going to work. All we had to do was call the first desk, and they quickly sent a bellman to move us to another room, and the tiny issue was resolved. The valet team is great with ordering the golf cart service to get us to local places that are too far to walk, and the front desk/gift shop attendants are quick to answer questions and give us tips about the hotel to help out during our stay. Overall, this resort is going to be my go-to resort every time I need a stay-cation.

The room was very spacious and clean. Most of the workers were extremely friendly and helpful, some others looked the other way when walking past us and would not speak. It was a little unsettling. Not enough to deter us from coming back, just an observation. Front desk was very accommodating and remembered what room we were in when we wanted to charge something to the room. Nice touch and a reason to return.

July is not necessarily the best time to go to Scottsdale but we were on a road trip to California. Hotel Valley Ho was a nice oasis to stop at. We are traveling with 2 dogs and the hotel could not have been more accommodating! We were rewarded for dealing with the heat of summer with very reasonable price room. The pool was great as well.

Great property and fantastic room! All staff were authentic and friendly, the vibe across the whole resort was perfect for a weekend stay. Walkable distance to some other bars, restaurants, and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

Valley Ho is a great place for any type of stay. My husband and I recently booked a staycation there and had the best experience. We had a great pool day with excellent service and food. We walked to one of the many delicious restaurants close by for dinner and then hung out in our upgraded suite. We were lucky enough to get upgraded from a normal room to an amazing suite. The bed was so comfortable and cozy, I did not want to get out for brunch. The next morning we are brunch at ZuZu restaurant. We had great service and the food was amazing. Throughout our stay we only had positive interactions with staff. This resort has a great retro vibe, is very clean and has wonderful staff members. I can't wait to stay again!
