Loved staying at this beautiful resort! I was here for a work conference. From the rooms and luxurious linens, to the delicious food, to the amazing Joya Spa treatment, to the unforgettable views of Camelback mountain - everything was just perfect! The service is fantastic! Would love to be back with my family one day.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights at the end of a long hiking trip through Utah and Arizona. It was a formidable experience - by far, one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. From start to finish - the staff professionalism exceeded my expectations. Will stay again whenever I am in the Phoenix area.

Scorpions! Waking up at 2:30am and trotting to bathroom barefoot and half dressed to pee turned into a horror show when my path was blocked by scorpions on the bathroom floor and crawling on the walls. I was not stung because I turned on light. Slept remainder of night fully clothed with shoes on. Omni. Take care of your guests. Invest better in pest control. Unacceptable customer care.

This business trip for Shell LLC was magnificent. The staff @ the Omni is polite & respectful, now days most luxury Hotels just want the money, @ the Omni everyone seemed to care, from the waiters , bar tenders, front desk & house keepers of course everyone was smiling & greeting as you walk by or in to the restaurants on the property. I can't wait to go back.
