Do not stay here. Looks nice, but ran very cheap.
Do NOT stay here, I am beyond surprised with how terrible my experience has been. 1. I drove up to valet THREE TIMES, and nobody was there. So I just put my emergency lights on and went to check-in. The guy at the front desk said “oh there should be someone there at valet” but there wasn’t on 3 separate occasions so I decided to self park… because I can’t risk waiting hours for my car when I’m here for business. Self parking was just another hassle with 0 communication or direction. 2. The lobby is stunning… but it was empty with nobody at the front desks where you would typically check in. I see a customer service desk to my left with a guy sitting there talking to a coworker, no biggie, and I see 4-5 check in counters to my right, so I obviously go to my right to check in. I stood there for 10 minutes till a lady was walking past me on her phone and I asked her if she worked here. She said yes and told me to check in at the customer service desk to my left….. why did he let me stand there for 10 minutes at what looks like a check in counter? Mind you, the guy was nice so I feel bad, but also… not ok from a customer service stand point. 3. Because I chose to self park, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the welcome desk, and when I came back, my luggage was out in the open with no one around. He apologized, but still.. terrible customer service ???? 4. I finally get to my hotel room and I walk in, it was HOT. Mind you, it’s 114 degrees in Scottsdale, and THE AC WAS TURNED OFF!!!!! This is a 4 star hotel and you can’t afford to leave the ac on for a guest WHOS CHECKING IN??? In 114 weather???? I literally can’t. I booked this hotel because I travel for work weekly so I was looking for a relaxing stay. This hotel is not worth the $, and I’m honestly just so disappointed. I would honestly go somewhere else but I’ve Ben tracking all day. Do better.

Valet with Jesus and Monty
I went to the W for a social networking event. I got there around 8pm on Wednesday June 25 so of course there wasn’t any public parking available so I decided to valet my car. Jesus was really nice in answering my few questions and he kindly took my car to park it. When it was time for me to leave and pay for the valet, there was a problem with the card machine. Monty was the one sitting in the valet booth and he was so kind and understanding of the situation and politely let me go. I really appreciate Jesus and Monty being so helpful through my short visit !

Great vibes
Such a great vibe in this hotel from the moment you walk in to checkout. The beds are a cloud and even though they warm you of the active loud night life you barely notice it. Shout out to the valet staff as well Monty and his crew were amazing.
