Great experience, very fun hotel. I was greeted with a complementary welcome cocktail and upon leaving the Valet, Monty, made sure my car was cool and i had a cold water in the cup holder. The property is very clean, and centrally located. All of the staff are attentive and hospitable. I will definitely be back.

I loved this hotel. It had phenomenal service; Kyle at check in to Monty at valet it was 10 stars. The overall hotel is nice, functional, logical, and the pool is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here whether on business or pleasure. It’s also right by old town Scottsdale so restaurants and night clubs galore!

Monty our valet driver was so kind and courteous! He greeted us when we arrived and gave some great recommendations for dinner. It was a warm welcome for our first time in Scottsdale and at the W. The staff for our business event was so accommodating providing tasty food and an experience that was top notch! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We hope to come back and visit more of this wonderful city!

I stayed at the W for 2 nights and then on my last night and I had two things go missing. My $500 of bakarat perfume and a workout set. The managers assured they would call me to update me. Every time I call for an update no one seems to know what’s going on. Very upsetting to think things can go missing when going on vacation and staying at a nice hotel. This has never happened to me before while travelling and I’m really disappointed that this happened at a well known hotel with no one to follow up or care.

The staff and concierges in particular delivered the best customer service. I had never stayed at the W Scottsdale before and I most certainly will be back. The pool vibe is wonderful and really enjoyed lunch and drinks at Cottontail. The pool staff work extremely hard. I recommend to all!
