Great Location, nice rooms. Would recommend the sea view rooms though as the city side is quite noisybfrom traffic and the trains that go by.

Elegant rustic perfect PNW
Superb Stay on the Waterfront The Edgewater was rustic and elegant—full of charm and thoughtful details. I loved the unique art throughout the hotel. My room had everything I needed (except water), and I could see the Space Needle right outside—amazing! Dinner was both elegant and relaxed. Sitting outside watching sailboats at sunset was a highlight. Easy to get around and right on the waterfront—a perfect Seattle stay.

Best hotel ever!
What a fabulous hotel! The Edgewater gets better every time I have been here over the last ten years. Staying in a room over the water is an unparalleled experience. The staff at this hotel are equally impressive, from those at the front desk to the cleaners and restaurant servers. It all runs like clockwork - an exceptionally well-managed hotel!

Great location but unimpressed.
Disappointed, not a great stay. The room was tiny and overly warm, there was a gas fire in the room which we couldn’t switch off. The hotel is in an excellent location for the ferry terminal but don’t expect a decent night’s sleep as the freight trains run next to the hotel and they go throughout the night. One night was enough.
