Seattle’s only over-water hotel: where rock’n’roll history meets Pacific Northwest luxury. The Edgewater Hotel is laden with a rich musical past and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Elliott Bay and the sparkling city. Consistently named one of the best hotels in Seattle, our unique location on Pier 67 means you’re just a short walk to everything you want to do in our evergreen city. Relax in luxurious waterfront or cityside accommodations knowing you’re doing the same as the Beatles, Pearl Jam and the Foo Fighters once did. We’ll even loan you complimentary rental guitars, sheet music and record players to inspire you to fully experience life at The Edge.

This hotel is in an amazing location on the water! We stayed for three nights and came back the following week for the last night in Seattle before heading home. The staff was great. Check in was easy, and we loved the Goldendoodle that "works" overnight with his owner.

The Edgewater is a really charming hotel with beautiful views right on the water. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. I will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater! The location right on the water is unbeatable, the views are stunning, and the atmosphere has such a unique charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the common areas felt cozy and well cared for. Since the Edgewater is an older hotel, it comes with lots of character, which we loved. The only challenge was that our room had a musty smell that lingered on our clothes after we left. It didn’t overshadow the whole experience, but it was something we noticed. Overall, it’s a beautiful and historic hotel in a prime spot, and with a little attention to the room odor, it would be truly perfect.

Disappointed in overall feel of Seattle. Kind of a dump with all the homeless and even had a man exposed himself to my wife and urinate while we were shopping. Odd thing was no one even blinked an eye like this is normal behavior in Seattle. As for Hotel itself room was fine, but very noisy for the price. ($800 for king bed one night) I could not believe we almost could not get in for breakfast as we did not make a reservation. (that was a first) When we were leaving they asked my wife how she was, she said fine and you? the valet stated "better now that you are leaving".... wow even as a joke that wasn't a good one. That was just after i gave a $20 tip and no help with bags.

The AC was out for two of my four day stay and the staff’s attitude about it was very nonchalant so it makes me think this happens frequently. When I asked for a rate reduction as compensation (which I think should have been automatically offered) I was told I got a room upgrade at check in (which I didn’t ask for) and that should be enough.
