Not Sleepless in Seattle
The quality of the hotel, food, and beverages was great, and the bathrooms were spotless. Check in was a breeze and only steps away from the Convention Center and great shopping.

Nice Pre-Cruise Stay
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a night before going on an Alaska cruise for a special birthday. It is a lovely hotel in a good location close to Pike Place Market. It was also a short cab ride to the cruise port. The concierge went out of her way to give me tons of information on Seattle and what to see during my time there. She also made sure to make my birthday memorable. The hotel is upscale, clean and comfortable. It has a modern feel to it. I ordered room service and it arrived quickly and hot. All of the staff I encountered were warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay in Seattle!

Would stay again
It is in a great location. Excellent hotel. Would stay again. Room was fantastic and very clean. Gym was excellent with plenty of machines and different weights.

Unsafe!
I had a horrible experience when a homeless person/stranger followed me up to my floor and accosted me. The hotel did not provide any proactive solution nor did they show that they cared! Not something i expected when i was paying so much. Everything else was good. It's just this one thing and their reaction to it, which really ruined it for me

Very well set up hotel, location is fantastic for Seattle Convention Center. I was there for a conference and would stay there again. Serene, relaxing lobby, less chaos than Sheraton (where some colleagues stayed and I spent time with them).

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
