Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff are attentive and always willing to help. If you were looking for a great experience from check in to check out, then I would highly recommend the grand Hyatt in Seattle. I will be visiting again.

Stayed in a deluxe king corner room for 3 nights. Enjoyed the larger living space and the proximity to Nordstrom, Macy’s and the shopping district of Pine Street. Several local restaurants to choose from and a 15 minute walk to Pine Markets. $40 cab fare from the Holland America Cruise terminal and $45 cab fare to Sea-tac airport. Handy to the Convention Centre. Downsides were: the ridiculous height of the king bed (too high to get on for anyone less than 170cm); the low/dim lighting in the lobby, the lift lobbies, and hotel common areas (felt you were in a nightclub); and the overwhelming cooking oil (chilly based) smell emanating from the Asian internal restaurant, permeating the entire lobby and ground floor area. It was foul.

Our family has been coming to the Grand Hyatt Seattle for more than 20 years, and it continues to exceed our expectations every single time. From the beautifully appointed rooms with breathtaking views of Puget Sound and Elliott Bay, to the top-notch amenities and exceptional service, this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. One of our favorite touches is having Ruth’s Chris Steak House conveniently connected to the lobby—perfect for a delicious meal without ever having to leave the hotel. This trip, as always, we were warmly welcomed by Arthur, the amazing bellman who still greets my grandma by name. His hospitality, along with Stephen's, made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Their genuine care and kindness are just part of what makes this place so special. We absolutely love this hotel and can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Seattle!

I love staying at this Hyatt whenever I am in downtown SeattleIt is a great location to visit the downtown attractions, eg. Nordstrom , Pike Pace Market, etc. Easy valet parking, staff are friendly and very helpful. The beds are super comfortable with pressed, high quality linens, and a great shower.

Nice but not outstanding stay at the Grant Hyatt Seattle. The bell staff and front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and well furnished with comfortable bed and pillows. There was a small, empty fridge and no coffee service. There was no breakfast restaurant as part of the hotel. I had to forage for food in a Starbucks and a small deli that were attached to the hotel. A Chinese hotpot restaurant also attached to the restaurant smelled delicious but was so busy I was not able to eat there. The lobby bar was understaffed when I tried to go there Saturday evening. The one bartender had to run off and get it from elsewhere whenever someone ordered wine. I've never seen that happen before, especially in a large downtown hotel. We finally left and went to the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse that was in the hotel. They were not busy and they were extremely nice. My friend and I split a chopped salad and each had an appetizer. Hers was the stuffed mushrooms and mine the shrimp cocktail. All the above were excellent.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
