Awesome experience, awesome staffs
The front desks are super nice and responsive! They allowed me to check in a lot earlier than I expected. Also got the late checkout with my discoverist status. Got my room upgraded to a bay view as well. Everything is clean. I’d say the only downside is the hotpot smell from the nearby restaurant which you can smell in the elevator and lobby. Room is fine though! Great overall experience! Would definitely come back next time!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Excellent location, easy walking to many attractions. Close to train - would definitely stay again!

Stacked Charges in Seattle
The parking situation at the Grand Hyatt Seattle was frustrating. The valet did not validate our parking properly, which led to a double charge from the garage itself and the hotel. The valet was unhelpful in resolving it on-site. I then had to spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone with Metropolis Parking to get the charge reversed, proving I had paid through Hyatt. On top of that, my wife waited over 20 minutes for the valet to bring her car, which caused her to be late picking me up elsewhere downtown and left her unable to return to the front desk to address the issue. I typically stay at 8–10 Hyatt properties a year and had an excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency nearby only weeks ago, but this visit did not meet the standard I expect from a Grand Hyatt. From check-in to valet, the service fell short and left me rethinking future stays at this property despite being a local who often books downtown hotels for both work and leisure.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. From the warm welcome and thoughtful room upgrade to the comfort of the accommodations and outstanding food and beverage experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. Every staff interaction was friendly and professional, and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. We left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely choose the Grand Hyatt Seattle again on our next visit.

If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, do it! The rooms are huge, clean, and the view is amazing. Staff are exceptional.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
