I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Seattle from July 27–31 for a work conference, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city during downtime. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and stunning city views that made it feel like more than just a work trip. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and cozy lobby spaces perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done between conference sessions. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Seattle whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

Great Service!
I stayed by solo but my friends had rooms as well. This hotel is in the perfect location if headed on a cruise. We arrived the day before and all of us loved our individual rooms. The staff was so helpful and it felt genuine. The rooms were spacious and clean. I definitely would return to this hotel if cruising out of the Seattle port again.

Terribly overpriced hotel with zero service.
Absolutely horrendous hotel experience. The hotel is old and dingy. The rooms feel date. Coffee is served into plastic cups. Stirrer, sugar, and creamer are in a plastic wrapper. This is seriously NOT a 5-star hotel but feels like your local airport Holiday Inn. The fact that housekeeping did not clean the room although I expressly had requested that, was the icing in the cake. I got a "probably misunderstood you, but thanks for your stay" as a response when confronting the staff upon checkout. No apology, no gesture of kindness... Oh yeah, and it's $350/ night.

Good hotel- great location
The hotel is centrally located. Easy access to major venues. It is a bit outdated, however it is very clean, staff is very responsive. There is a Starbucks and small grocery store accessible from the lobby area- makes it very convenient. The housekeeping staff does great job in servicing the room. Front desk and serices are very responsive and enthusiastic.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
