This hotel has great location next to the convention center and amenities including a hot tub. The lounge breakfast was delicious!

This Hyatt property is located adjacent to the Seattle Convention Center. It has a dark and outdated feel for a Hyatt, and does not have a restaurant. For an upcharge at the time of your reservation, you can have a continental breakfast on one of the upper floors. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse with an entrance from the hotel lobby. There are no lunch or dinner options. My room was clean and quiet, as it was on an upper floor overlooking the roof of the convention center. Given its proximity to the convention center, it appears not to rely on repeat business. As I was not in town for a convention or cruise, I will make sure to avoid this mediocre property in the future.

We arrived very early (flight arrived before noon), hoping we could just drop our suitcases off, and were allowed to go up to our room. The staff was very professional and friendly, the hotel and our room was spotless. We loved our room, comfortable bed...everything about our stay was great.

Had a wonderful time at theGrand Hyatt-Seattle. Hotel was wonderful in all aspects. We stayed here four night with a visit to Lumen Field for a Seahawks game. The stadium is in walking distance if you don't mind walking but if you don't like the exercise then you better get a ride share.

Stayed at the Grand Hyat for Pax West. Great room. Outstanding customer service. Excellent in-room service. My only very minor complaint is not real place for breakfast on the go besides Starbucks which is SLAMMED during a conference.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
