A second recent Hyatt hotel experience. I am now converting to choosing Hyatt as preferred hotel when available. Staff are amazing. They had an issue with elevators when I was there but helped us using staff elevators until the problem was addressed. The rooms are among the cleanest of all my travels. The beds are also consistently very comfortable. I had an important medical appointment the next day and am so glad I stayed in Seattle the night as it allowed me to rest/relax before my appointment and it was so very comfortable and only 1/2 mile from Swedish.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with a nice view. The staff were very kind and the location was perfect.

Brief stay but a great experience
Had a fantastic experience on a quick overnight stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. Had an extended layover on my birthday weekend and Julia made it such a special experience. Seamless check-in, dinner suggestion and a special gift for my birthday. It’s the little things that make an experience memorable and Julia definitely hit the mark. My room was also clean, well-appointed and comfortable. I don’t visit Seattle often, but I will continue to patronize the Grand Hyatt when I do.

Not exactly “grand”
Ive been to many Grand Hyatts and this one definitely feels dated. Rooms are large and the staff are incredibly nice. Its a prime downtown location with plenty of shops and restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, have an empty mini fridge, and I appreciated the decent hairdryer and portable makeup mirror. While the bathrooms are bright, the bedroom is very dark and each light has its own separate switch - no single switch to turn them all on/off. The wifi is a touch slow if you’re trying to download files. Sheets could be softer and towels were fraying Fitness center is decent with lots of free weights, weight machines, and cardio gear. Plus open 24 hours

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
