Service, amenities, location
The only hotel I want to stay at in Downtown Seattle. Amazing stay! Very clean elegant hotel! Hotel is properly secured.The front desk staff are very attentive and welcoming! Had an early morning flight and was exhausted. The front desk assisted with early check-in, and room amenity preferences. My room was soo clean the bathroom was literally shining from wall to wall perfect lighting as well. I had an amazing city view on the 17th floor! Housekeeping assisted me with additional linens and toiletries for the duration of my 4day stay. At the time of booking I believed this hotel compared to others had the best value for your money. Overall 10/10 experience :) This hotel also offers many dining options. Best location for sightseeing and most attractions are in walking distance.

Could be better, and they need to get rid of the smell
This Hyatt has a decent gym with sauna. The temp is well maintained. Thats the positive from my recent stay. Here is the negative: 1) the entire hotel smells of the hotpot restaurant attached to the hotel's ground floor. The smell permeates even to my 28th floor hallway. It was tolerable on the first day. On my 3rd day it was no longer tolerable and closer to disgusting. 2) the lounge has a super slow coffee machine. During breakfasts, there was always a line in front of the coffee machine. Some times I had to wait 10 min to get my coffee. If you are hoping to pop in and grab something quick, go some place else for your coffee. 3) the Emerald suite has only one bathroom sink. Given the ample space, it should have at least 2 sinks

Professional, clean, unthreatening and welcoming environment. Neat, and quality staff individuals. No hussle, no haggle, no criminal enuendos. Safe place.

Oasis In Seattle!
We stay at this hotel regularly to attend Broadway shows at the Paramount Theatre. We have never had anything but a wonderful experience there.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
