Tremendous location. Impressive hotel. Grand entrance, with warm and welcoming amenities. My room was spacious and luxurious. The price was very reasonable.

Best hotel in Seattle!
Love staying at the Grand Hyatt - best hotel in downtown Seattle! Best service, best rooms, great location! I stay every year for a few days during the flower and garden show and it is always a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious experience. And at a great value/cost.

Looks good, but really just meh
This hotel looks good, but is just meh. Thin walls meant we heard the couple next door (and all their activities), like a cheap motel. Water in shower was very warm, but was obviously limited to not get hot. Pipes gurgled whenever some other guest flushed. Bathroom door has privacy glass, so you can't turn on the light without waking up your sleeping partner. It's a good business hotel if someone else is paying, I guess. And the location is excellent (we were in town to see a show at the Paramount). But I wouldn't stay here again. Oh one more thing: We paid extra for a corner "semi-suite" and it was terrifyingly cramped and unpleasant. Bed was almost next to the floor to ceiling windows giving a sense of vertigo. Had to switch to a different room.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
