Birthday Stay
We stayed for my birthday long weekend. Greeted with a card and amenities plus a premium upgrade. Amazing views. Clean suite. Excellent service from the team. I went in exhausted - reluctantly left but glad I was refreshed!

Great hotel except for a huge glaring issue
Stayed in a corner deluxe room with my girlfriend for the weekend. The room itself and service are very nice and lived up to expectations, and it is very conveniently located, but the state of the climate control system was unacceptable for a "luxury" hotel. The bedroom vent blew only warm air the whole time even when the AC was running, and the thermostat is motion sensitive (so it cuts off the air in the middle of the night and you wake up sweating) and limited to 66 degrees. Would have been 5/5 for me without those issues, but it sure is frustrating to pay $800 for a weekend getaway and be unable to get a good night's sleep.

This is a superior hotel with the best staff
Of the hundreds of hotels that I have lodged in over the past 40 years, the Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel at which I have stayed. The decor, the condition of the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff was top notch. I highly recommend this property.

The Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle was the best hotel experience. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was the best... period. Each member treated my daughter and me as if we were royalty. From the bellmen, to the concierge, each person went the extra step that makes a five-star property shine!
