Lotte Hotel Seattle

Beautiful and incredible service. Lots of mirrors, LOL. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room service was great.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were all welcoming and props especially to Gino. He was very kind and helpful during our stay. Dropping us off where we needed to and sharing more about where to eat and what to do.

This is an excellent hotel overall. There are definitely some quirks, but depending on your needs/requirements, they should not discourage you from staying here. Great check-in experience and front desk staff has been exceptional. While room service the first day was an unmitigated disaster - I chalked it up to staffing issues, which every hotel seems to have. The staff really tried to make it right, which goes SUCH a long way when it isn't working. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beds are comfy, pillows great, and even the basic room is a great size. Street noise was minimal, which was a relief. Location downtown is really good - however, on weekends the starbucks and little spots close because this is a biz district. Short walk to get anything you need and to the pike market area, although some of it is super hilly. On the bathroom: others are correct, the lighting is dismal. So odd it isn't on a dimmer at least, but there are so many mirrors, you can just make do in the room. It is also open-conceptish. There is no door to the bathroom and no full door (floor to ceiling) in the bathroom, although they are full mirrors LOL. This is fine for a solo traveler or folks who are comfortable with this. I would not like this with my companion. Just fyi! Restaurant was good, views spectacular. There is a bar/lounge area, but not really a hotel bar vibe, which I prefer and enjoy (they actually seemed to be discouraging folks from sitting at the bar, saying it was closed, but the lounge seats were open. Again, quirky, and I note this because if you want a proper hotel bar to unwind at - this is likely not your hotel. But the Thompson, Four Seasons, W, etc. are all walking distance, so pick your poison.) Gym is solid with a sauna and steam room. Spa service was very good (and got a $50 un-advertised credit for being a hotel guest) but the relaxation area is lacking and oddly uncomfortable, you won't want to hang here before or after. I gave the hotel 5 stars because it really is quite lovely, staff was helpful, well trained and equipped, and if you don't mind the quirks, you'll love it, particularly if you get a good rate, etc. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of outdoor space at all - no terrace, no court yard, no front area with tables/chairs.

The Lotte is a beautiful hotel in downtown Seattle within walking distance to most touristy things like sports and concert venues and of course Pike Place. Service needs to improve and management needs to get the elevators fixed once and for all! This has been an ongoing inconvenience. My room was not as clean as I expected either!

Beautiful room and comfy bed. Awesome fruit table and amenities in the room. The lounge and restaurant with beautiful views Number 1 is the staff- Arthur and many others at the front desk, service folks and the valet folks- 1st class hospitality employees. Assisted us at every turn- every day. A week there was awesome-the best ever- downtown and safe feeling every day. Loved the food and hotel-
