Great experience. Complimentary rides by Gino at the hotel were the best. Great amenities in the spa too. Steamroom and sauna

We had such a wonderful stay at the Lotte Hotel Seattle! One of the highlights was being able to rent a Lexus through the hotel. It made exploring the area so easy and comfortable. Arthur, the concierge, went above and beyond with his recommendations. Thanks to him, we were able to see Gilman Village, Snoqualmie Falls, Rattlesnake Lake, and Alki Beach all in one day with the Lexus rental (9am–6pm). Each stop was unique and gave us such a great feel for the Seattle area beyond downtown. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and Arthur in particular made our trip extra memorable with his thoughtful suggestions. Having access to a luxury car rental right at the hotel was such a convenient touch that elevated our experience. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Seattle. The service, amenities, and overall experience are top-notch!

Lott hotel was beautiful , restaurant staff were excellent , housekeeping was great! Very dissatisfied with management . We asked to check out one hour after the 12 PM check out time and were told it would be an additional $ 100 . Very disappointed as we spent good money on the hotel and in the restaurant. We will not be back

Stayed 2 nights. The room was sapcious, comfortable. The bed was very good. Bathroom/shower was great with rain type shower head. The restaurant is very good the staff Scott, Sean, Fiona Chey and the rest of the team were very professional, personable and very good at meeting your expectations for great food and service. The front desk staff, Tory and Antoine were professional and helpful as well. Arthur and Tom(valet), like the rest of the team were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

The lounge, food, and views were all excellent, and the staff - for everything - even more so. The drivers Gino and Arthur were so great about getting us where we needed to be, despite the traffic disruption on Saturday due to a commercial film crew that kept stopping traffic. They were also congenial and great drivers. Really grateful for that service since we left our car in Lynnwood and rode the Light Rail into town. On the less than great side - the rooms, while very clean and spacious, were lacking in warmth (in style, not in temperature). The modern vibe was somewhat diminished by the overuse of mirrors (very disorienting). Also, please put some permanent dispensers in the showers for shampoo etc., instead of using tiny plastic bottles that can't be recycled and add more plastic to the waste stream.
