Whole Lotte Service
Gino provided an unmatched level of service and hospitality. My mother and I dined upstairs and following our lunch Gino was gracious enough to answer our questions about the event space and even gave us a tour. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel and its history. He's a huge asset to the property and is a big reason we will return in the future.

Arthur was the best!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Lotte Hotel Seattle! One of the highlights was being able to rent a Lexus through the hotel. It made exploring the area so easy and comfortable. Arthur, the concierge, went above and beyond with his recommendations. Thanks to him, we were able to see Gilman Village, Snoqualmie Falls, Rattlesnake Lake, and Alki Beach all in one day with the Lexus rental (9am–6pm). Each stop was unique and gave us such a great feel for the Seattle area beyond downtown. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and Arthur in particular made our trip extra memorable with his thoughtful suggestions. Having access to a luxury car rental right at the hotel was such a convenient touch that elevated our experience. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Seattle. The service, amenities, and overall experience are top-notch!

Lott hotel was beautiful , restaurant staff were excellent , housekeeping was great! Very dissatisfied with management . We asked to check out one hour after the 12 PM check out time and were told it would be an additional $ 100 . Very disappointed as we spent good money on the hotel and in the restaurant. We will not be back
