Lotte Hotel Seattle

We had the best experience at the Lotte Seattle. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and offers great amenities. However, what made the experience most memorable was the staff we have had experiences that many beautiful destinations, and hotels, but by far the staff exceeded any too date. They were all helpful and pleasant! For the staff were especially helpful, Melissa, and guest services and Gary at reception started our stay with a very positive experience and warm welcome. Arthur and Gino greeted us daily with helpful information for sightseeing, complementary shuttles, and kind words. I highly recommend this location and applaud the management for hiring and retaining such great staff members.

My husband and I loved the attention to detail and kindness at this hotel. The staff go beyond expectations and make stays memorable and warm. The reception and management staff responded with so much kindness and warmth when we explained we missed our first night due to a flight cancellation and even gave us a cute bear to entertain the newest family addition. I loved this touch and pro activity. Housekeeping is thoughtful and thorough and helped keep everything tidy and clean. They always diligently prepared around our schedule. Breakfast was amazing - with lovely views and lovely happy and tip-giving staff. Central location and easy to get around. Fully recommend

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Sunwoo at the Lotte Hotel Seattle. She was so nice and genuinely friendly, it really made a difference during my stay. The level of service here feels top notch, way more personal than what I usually get at the Four Seasons or Thompson. Everything about the experience felt warm and thoughtful, and it honestly makes me want to come back here every time I’m in Seattle. Sunwoo really stood out and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and food, which I would expect at this price, but what really puts it over the top are the people. Everyone who works here was kind and courteous, but the housekeeper who swung by my room just before check out and the house car driver Gio deserve a special shout out for going above and beyond. Can't wait to come back.

My partner and I stayed at the Lotte this past week/weekend and had an outstanding time. First the hotel was perfectly situated making getting around easy. Not only were the facilities lux, they were thoughtfully designed, from the large suites (corner suite) to the understated elegant top floor bar/lounge/restaurant. The restaurant, Charlotte, provides delicious, well thought meals with a Korean twist. Upon check in we were kindly greeted by Tory. He was extremely accommodating and ensured our time there was met with impeccable service. Tony was eager and readily available to take us to many destinations upon our trip while also providing excellent service ensuring we arrived to the airport on time. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and sincerely want to extend our gratitude towards the whole staff at the Lotte. Thank you, Jacob H.
