Fantastic stay
I stayed here for a work trip but brought my sister to sight see. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are spotless. The team at hotel / bar is friendly. Arthur Young set us up with our Lexus experience and went above and beyond with his recommendations to make the most of our day. I 10/10 recommend this hotel.

The best stay I have ever had!
This was such an incredible and relaxing stay. It was world class service all the way. The Lexus driving experience gave us the extra you want in a 5 star hotel stay. The cars were stylish and easily drivable. Parking on the streets of Seattle can be intimidating with the hills and the Lexus just directs you confidently to your space. Lotte hotel partnered with Lexus will be the best experience you can have in whatever your travel takes you.
