Exceptional Stay at Lotte Hotel Seattle
Everything about the Lotte Seattle impressed me — the service, design, and comfort were all top-tier. The staff were attentive and professional without being overbearing. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with incredible views of the city and Puget Sound. The location is perfect — close to Pike Place and Pioneer Square but still quiet enough to feel like an escape. The hotel restaurant and bar were excellent (especially breakfast — worth every penny). Small touches made it stand out: turn-down service, quality linens, and a calm, elegant atmosphere throughout. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Seattle. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. I also highly recommend Gino's car service.

Beware of the downgrade!
We arrived at the Lotte for a romantic weekend in a King Deluxe Suite with a big soaker tub, only to be told we'd been downgraded to a Double Queen with a shower. No explanation was given. After threatening to book another hotel, we were given free parking and the promise of an upgraded suite on our remaining two nights. Upon check-out, we had still been charged the full price for our downgraded suite-- a $400 mistake which I luckily caught. Our upgraded suite was cavernous but oddly under-furnished, with a single vanity and two only two flimsy bath towels per person. This is a highly over-rated hotel.

5 Stars, the best experience
The Lotte in Seattle was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Every detail of the property was designed with deep thought and love. It wasn't just the property, though; the staff and service were above and beyond. Shane was our server for breakfast every day and was attentive and professional. Gino, the in-house driver and offered both his local expertise and wonderful customer service when we needed a ride to both dinner and the airport. Gary, the overnight manager, made sure I was comfortable when working from the lounge area in the early morning hours. 5 Stars!

Perfect Stay
Sun Woo and Melissa at the front desk were instrumental in making our engagement evening perfect. From communication prior to check in, to helping plan some surprises - Lotte Seattle truly over delivered in making our evening perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of Seattle!
