The Lotte Hotel is the only hotel we will stay at when we're in Seattle Washington we give it 100!! Stars!!! The staff is amazing from room service to house keeping,to the front desk staff!! Shout out to Tyler the front desk agent,he made our experience a totally awesome one.We will be back in March 2026!! 10 out of 10 we recommend!!

Fabulous hotel!
What a fabulous experience. This hotel is in a great location! The rooms are super spacious and bed very comfortable. Bathroom huge! Lounge was extremely inviting, with great food and customer service. Front desk, bell hops, everyone we met went above and beyond our expectations! The only negative is we had to wait over 30 mins for the valet to get our car which was parked a few blocks up. Not their fault but if you want you car definitely call down way in advance. Will definitely make this our Seattle Go To Hotel for all future road trips!

Best Hotel for Travel Hackers
I love to travel hack and always seek the best value. This by far has been the best experience thus far. Between using the AMEX Platinum card to secure $300 off of a $900 2-night stay, getting a free $100k car rental for a day, $30 per person in daily sit down Food and Beverage credits and a $100 hotel credit for their excellent onsite restaurant and bar. The gf and I will have to come back annually.
